Complaints Procedure

All levels of complaints are taken seriously by Drapers' Multi-Academy Trust and the schools involved.

If you are considering making a complaint, there are both formal and informal processes, depending on the severity and nature of the complaint. 

We would encourage anyone making a complaint to in the first instance follow the informal route, by raising your concern with your childs Form Tutor or a member of the Senior Leadership Team at the Academy, as outlined in the Complaints Policy.

If you wish to make a formal complaint, this should be made in writing to the Principal. The Principal will then follow the procedures as laid out in the Complaints Policy.

If you do not have access to printing facilities, please contact us and we can arrange for this to be sent to your address via the royal mail.
