Debut for Girls Football Team

The U14 girls football team played their first match this evening, away at Emerson Park School. Scoring the first goal for Drapers' Academy was Fleur Weaver who was voted Player of the Match, along with Carly Newby. Sadly, the opposition went on to score two goals so the final result was 2-1 to Emerson Park but as you can see our girls thoroughly enjoyed themselves and played superbly for their first match as a team together.

The team were: Sana Arshad, Rieanna Young, Fleur Weaver, Justina Ridikaite, Mayokun Afolabi, Carly Newby, Rhianna Kerr, Catherine Backhurst, Maisie Rougier, Nikkey Selling and Alex Wallington.
