Expedition Training

In order to take part on your assessed expedition you must attend and pass practice expeditions beforehand. In order to pass these expeditions you will need to attend the training sessions held after school during certain weeks of the year. The dates for these training sessions are found on the 'Dates' page andcan also be downloaded here.

Important parent and participant information to download:

Safety on our DofE expeditions is taken very seriously.  A big part of safety on expeditions is YOUR own training and detailed planning.  

**Failure to attend after-school training sessions and training days will result in you being unable to attend your expeditions**

First Aid Training

All participants are also expected to complete a one-day first-aid training programme, which is delivered during school time in the summer term. A letter will be sent home with details of this date and all participants must make sure that they are in school on that day to attend.
