November Building Update

The external appearance of the building is now only changing slowly as installation of windows to all wings is significantly complete as is the brickwork to much of the exterior. With the completion of the frame and roof to the Sports Hall, the external shape of our new school buildings is virtually complete. In the grounds the ground heat source pipework (GSHP) is 70% complete under the sports pitch.

Internally concrete staircases have been completed to all first floor areas. Plasterboards partitions and screeding of floors is proceeding to all areas with some completed, and mist coats are now being applied.

Roof windows are being installed and are placed throughout the building to provide a light and airy atmosphere.

Insultation and waterproofing are also progressing.
