Half Term February 2012

Congratulations to Rhianna Kerr in Year 8 for participating in the All Ireland Championships for Irish dancing 2012, held in Dublin during half term. Rhianna came a very respectable 74th out of the 150 entrants who represent the best Irish dancers in the world. An amazing achievement. 

31st January 2012

Congratulations to Phoebe Buckle in Year 8. Keen to pursue acting, she has recently performed in an amateur dramatic production called Rapunzel. Weeks of rehearsals culminated in a run of sold out performances over the weekend, with the amateur dramatic group The Wesley Players. Phoebe played a speaking role as a villager, and took the lead with the fairies. As the photos show Phoebe absolutely shone on stage. 

6th December 2011

Year 7 pupil Charley O'Dell, with the help of Miss Lagdon, created the most delicious looking giant cupcake today. A super achievement that smelt so deliciously chocolately too. I am sure it is going to taste as good as it looks.
