Hosting Year 8 Borough Hockey Rally

Hosted by Drapers' Academy, this years hockey rally for year 8 pupils proved a success off the pitch which made up for not entering a team (due to illness).

Our year 10 BTEC pupils provided refreshments for staff, as well as running the control facilties by keeping a record of the scores and time keeping.

Whilst Year 9 pupils provided umpires for the rally, all of whom are either working towards or are qualified as Essex Young Umpires.  All the schools involved recognised and thanked them for their hard work.

The Rally was won by Coopers Coborn & Company, with Hall Mead the runners up.

Our year 9 Umpires were Regan Gabriel, Sean Phillips, Paris Bowers, James McCartney and Charlie Moss.
