Indoor Hockey Season Starts Well

The year 10 boys played their first indoor hockey match this evening in Brentwoood, against Tower Hamlets. Playing the same team twice they secured a 0 - 0 draw in the first match but lost the second match 1 - 0.

The boys played splendidly and the Umpire made a point of speaking to them after the game to say how unlucky they had been to not score a goal, and how well they had played, and to continue to practice and work hard.

Player of the tournament was Jordan Skilbeck. The team were: Tommy Lawrence , James McCartney, Charlie Moss, Stephen Stapleton, Jordan Skilbeck, Billy Bell, Regan Gabriel, Sean Phillips (GK) and (C) and Ashley Heathman.
