New School Athletics Record

 The school record for girls 300m was broken last night by Nicola Coutts who ran the  
 distance in 55.6 seconds.

 This record was last set in 2005 so it is a fantastic achievement to have broken it  
 after 6 years, shaving nearly 3 seconds off the previous record.

 Well done Nicola!

 We are all looking forward to the Academy Sports Day at Hornchurch Stadium in July
 with more track records to be broken we hope.
