Visit to Olympic Gymnastic Event
10th January 2012
A group of pupils had the wonderful experience today when they visited the qualifying gymnastics event for the 2012 Olympics at the Olympic venue, the North Greenwich Arena (also known as the O2).
With superb views the pupils got to see the mens gymnastic qualifying event - watching all six events with some of the world's best gymnasts. In particular they watched the French mens team - but were delighted to hear on the news later that the British mens team had qualified for the 2012 Olympics later in the day.
